Thoughtlessness is the state in which the constant intensifying and falling of thoughts comes to an end. At first, a gap begins to appear between the thoughts. As this gap grows the thoughts diminish and with the regular practice of meditation, the mind enters easily into thoughtless awareness. Absolute existence can only be realized when you are in absolute stillness thus thoughtlessness of physical being is attained.

Your depth is in thoughtless awareness. It is a very important point which you should reach. Looking at anything, if you are thoughtlessly aware, then you really become reflective about it.

Your connection with the divine is only possible when you meditate and become thoughtlessly aware. That’s the point where Divine works, it helps you. This is the only practice by which one can attain the highest state on the yogic path.

In this course, a technique by which you learn to clear all the accumulated patterns, memories, and traumatic memories and turn the awareness towards the “Self” is taught by means of guided meditation, thus comprehending the “true being and its infinite existence”
