In this, train at home, beginner course, I will provide an armoury of exercises and a means to use them effectively. I’ve been training for over 30 years. Trust me. This works.

By the end of this course, you will know which exercises for which body part. You will understand how a training program is formed and its key elements. You will be able to sculpt a cost effective, beautiful body, from the comforts of your own home.

If you get to the end of this course and there is something else that you wish to know: I will create a video and answer all of your questions. I am here to help you.

In memory of Shoeless Joe Jackson – Field of Dreams

Raymond Allen Liotta was an American actor and producer. He was known for playing Shoeless Joe Jackson in Field of Dreams, Henry Hill in Goodfellas, and Tommy Vercetti in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Born: 18 December 1954, Newark, New Jersey, United States.

Died: 26 May 2022, Dominican Republic.

This course was inspired by my health and fitness experience and Field of Dreams.

I lost my father, whom I loved dearly, to dementia. It’s a beautiful dream to build a baseball field and throw ball with my dad. Field of Dreams, Kevin Costner, is a beautiful and quiet film.
