Practicing the mindful eating techniques in this course will empower you to make food choices that come from your deeper inner wisdom and that will help you to re-establish the natural balance within your yourself so that you will never need to rely on a diet to lose weight again!
Erase Emotional Eating
We explore our emotional connections to the foods we eat and, in doing so, you will start to become more aware of why you overeat certain foods when you are feeling sad, angry, tired, stressed – or even happy! Through this awareness, you will be able to break free from these emotional ties to these foods.
Reveal the Roots of Cravings
You will learn to identify and understand your cravings and how to distinguish these from being truly hungry. By learning to connect to your true hunger you will learn to only eat enough to satisfy this hunger and, as a result, lose weight in a more sustainable and healthy way.
Re-establish the Mind-Body Connection
Dieting diminishes the connection between our minds and bodies.
