An Honest Take on Mastering the Scrum Framework Without the Corporate Fluff
Look, if you’ve spent more than five minutes in the tech industry, you’ve probably been bombarded with “Agile” buzzwords until they’ve lost all meaning. Most of us have sat through dry, theoretical seminars where an instructor reads off a slide deck about the Agile Manifesto. But the reality of a Monday morning Sprint Planning session is far messier. That is why I was genuinely surprised by the “Agile Project Management + Scrum Step by Step with Examples” course.
